Based on your request for return/replacement we will issue a RA (Return Authorization) number and return address which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
Please allow 1-2 weeks from receipt, for your returns to be processed.
